With the advent of iOS version 13, the iPhone app now must obtain the right to access the user’s location before the app can add and set up a Reason ONE smart alarm clock successfully. To give permission, you can follow these steps:
1) Go to your iPhone Settings.
2) Tap Privacy.
3) Tap Location Services.
4) Scroll down and tap "Reason Home" in the list of apps.
5) Tap While Using the App
After the alarm clock is added and set up, you may go back and change the privacy settings by following Steps 1-4 above, if so preferred.
