When the clock keeps repeating "Hello, I'm Alexa" every few minutes, it usually means that the clock hasn't been completely set up yet. It hasn't been connected to your Amazon Account. Please check the light at the top of the Reason ONE clock. If it is slowly pulsating orange, this means you need to sign in to your Amazon account.
To sign in, open the Reason Home app on your phone or tablet. On the Home tab, tap the image of the clock. It should say "online." If the clock is offline, you will need to make sure the clock is plugged in to the wall outlet and your Wi-Fi network is working. If the clock hasn't been connected to the Wi-Fi yet, the top light will stay orange and NOT pulsate. If this is the case, follow our instructions for connecting the Reason ONE clock to the Internet below.

If the clock says in blue text that it is "Online," then tap the image of the clock one time. It will take you to a screen that says "amazon alexa" and "Your device includes access to Alexa." At the bottom is a button that says "Sign in to Amazon." Tap this button once.
On the next screen, there is a button at the bottom that says "Get Started." Tap this button.
On the next screen, there should be a Sign-In page with the Amazon logo at the top. Fill in your email and Amazon password in the blanks provided. Then tap the yellow Sign-In button near the bottom.
Afterwards, the clock will say "I'm now connected...Enjoy the trip." At this point the clock has been successfully set up, and you can begin using it.
NOTE: Make sure to update to the latest firmware and to occasionally check for new updates. Firmware updates are released sometimes to fix issues with the clock and add new functions. To learn how to check and update firmware, please visit this article.
