- You took the clock to a new location with a different Wi-Fi network. You will need to reset the clock and reinstall it in the Reason Home app.
- Your Wi-Fi router has a malfunction. Please verify that you can connect to the Wi-Fi using your other Internet devices such as a phone or tablet.
